Return & Refund Policy

At The Original Grillers Co., we stand behind the quality of every small-batch crafted rub we produce. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, because our products are consumable food items, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds to ensure the safety and quality of our inventory.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Our standard return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the exact same condition that you received it. The protective safety seal on the bottle must be completely intact. We absolutely cannot accept returns on any opened spices, rubs, or consumable goods for health and safety reasons.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Any spice blend or rub that has been opened or has a broken safety seal.
  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable digital products (e.g., recipe e-books).
  • Items purchased on final sale or clearance.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We pack our shipments carefully, but occasionally things happen in transit. If your order arrives with broken bottles, damaged packaging that compromises the product, or if you received the wrong item, we will make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at [support@originalgrillers.com]. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and the shipping box. We will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost to you, or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

4. The Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the product.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment (via Stripe) within a certain amount of days. Please note that it may take some time before your refund is officially posted by your bank or credit card company.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
